Law Day 2009

 

    United States District Judge William G. Young  was our featured speaker  at Mass ABOTA‘s annual Law Day reception at the Boston College Club on Tuesday, May 5. 


 
  Judge Young needs no introduction to those who try cases in Massachusetts.  He has been a trial judge for more than 30 years, first on the superior court and, for the last 24 years, on the federal bench.  He is one of the strongest advocates for the necessity of maintaining the vitality of the jury trial as a bulwark of liberty.
